ABOUT THE SERVICE

Prepaid internet sim card Monica & Friends LITE VERSION. A very high quality system for better portability, communication and satisfaction.

THE PLANS

Data plans (3GB, 10GB, 30GB and 50GB) Monthly or bimonthly contract, without penalty when canceling. It is possible to change the type of plan, just contact us between the 1st and 5th of each month. SIM Card: works only on devices unlocked from the factory or Softbank.

MAKING THE PAYMENT

To renew the service, make the payment with Smart Pit card that will be sent with the SIM CARD, or register your credit card for automatic renewal. Payment date for renewal: monthly between the 15th and the 25th (it is not possible to pay after the 25th). If the payment is not made within the maximum period, the service will be canceled on the last day of the month. To continue using the service you will need to make a new contract. Payment is made using a Smart pit card and can be paid at convenience stores such as Family mart, Lawson and Mini Store.

SIM Adapter (SIM card adapter)

• If you need a SIM Card adapter, it can be purchased for ¥330, the standard chip is the nano SIM.

Technical support hours are exclusively from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday (closed on national holidays).
