We would like to thank you immensely for using our service and we hope that you will continue to be our
customer for a long time to come.
We received an important notice from the carrier informing us that thousands of lines of Wimax, Wimax Home and Walker One services will stop working at the end of March 2022 (31/03/2022).
Reason
Network restructuring, where these lines must be canceled for service maintenance.
This time there will be no possibility to maintain the Wimax, Wimax Home and Walker service, or to change the SIM Card. The service will be canceled on the date mentioned above.
We can imagine the inconvenience this causes, but we also must follow these rules, and unfortunately we are also affected.
In return and in the hope that you, dear customer, can stay with us, the solution is to migrate to the new Mônica Wifi service.
If you don't want to migrate to the new service, we will be very sorry, and in this case you can do so without having to pay a fine.
In both cases, the device must be returned by the maximum deadline of the day (10/04/2022), April 10th, 2022.
