NEWSKY MOBILE (DOCOMO)

ABOUT THE SERVICE

• Economic data SIM card that uses the NTT DOCOMO network; Available with 1GB, 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, 30GB and 50GB. • Will only work on unlocked or DOCOMO devices. • Used basically for applications; NewSky is not responsible for applications used by the customer. • Depending on the network congestion, the speed may vary, reaching around 1 Mbps. • Monthly or quarterly contract, without penalty when canceling. • In case of loss of SIM, it can be replaced in up to 7 working days, after payment of the activation fee.

PAYMENT

• To renew the service, make a payment with Smart Pit card that will be sent together with the SIM CARD, or register your credit card for automatic renewal. • Payment date: Until the 20th, with a maximum term until the 25th. • We will not accept payment after the 25th. This way the chip will be canceled on the last day of the month at 23:59.

OPCIONAIS: • Número telefônico 050 NTT, plano SMS e SIM Adapter.

SMS PLAN

• To install applications like Whatsapp, it is mandatory to have an SMS plan. • Receipt is unlimited, sending is free up to 50 messages within Japan. Exceeding the limit of 50, there will be a fee of ¥ 30 per SMS.

050 NTT

• Telephone number 050 NTT with UNLIMITED calls • The 050 NTT has a monthly plan: ¥1,980, consult us.

SIM Adapter (SIM card adapter)

• If you need a SIM Card adapter, it can be purchased for ¥ 330, the standard chip is the nano SIM;
