ABOUT THE SERVICE

Prepaid COMBO PLAN: 050 NTT unlimited calls + Internet CHIP 050 NTT unlimited calls: make and receive calls at will (cellular and residential in Japan), from call tariff is fixed. Internet CHIP: a very high quality system for better portability, communication and satisfaction.

COMBO MONICA LITE Unlimited calls + Internet SIM card with 3GB, 10GB, 30GB or 50GB data plans Monthly contract, without penalty when canceling (NO CANCELLATION FEE) . SIM Card: works only on devices unlocked from the factory or Softbank.

COMBO MONICA PRO Unlimited calls + SIM Card from internet with data plan of 100GB Annual (with penalty if canceled before the deadline). / Monthly (no penalty when canceling) Both monthly and annual contracts will be subject to a penalty if the SIM Card is not returned until the 5th. SIM Card: works only on devices unlocked from the factory.

DOCOMO COMBO Unlimited calls + Internet SIM card with 1GB, 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, 30GB or 50GB data plans Monthly contract, without penalty when canceling (NO CANCELLATION FEE). SIM Card: works only on devices unlocked from the factory or Docomo.

COMBO DOCOMO SMS Unlimited calls + Internet SIM card with data plans of 1GB, 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, 30GB or 50GB + SMS Monthly contract, without penalty when canceling (NO CANCELLATION FEE). SIM Card: works only on devices unlocked from the factory or Docomo.

MAKING THE PAYMENT

To renew the service, make payment at convenience stores (Family mart, Lawson and Mini Stop) with a Smart Pit card that will be sent with the SIM CARD, or register your credit card for automatic renewal.

COMBO LITE , COMBO DOCOMO and COMBO DOCOMO SMS Payment date for renewal: monthly between the 15th and the 25th (it is not possible to pay after the 25th). If you do not make the payment within the maximum period, the signal will be cut and the service / chip will be canceled on the last day of the month. After the signal is cut, it will not be possible to reactivate the service and you will lose the phone number (in no way will it be possible to reactivate it). To continue using the service you will need to make a new contract.

COMBO PRO Payment date: from the 15th to the 25th. After the 25th to the 5th it is possible to pay with a fine of ¥2,000. If the payment is not confirmed by the 5th, the contract will be abandoned.

COMBO PRO

Failure to return the service until the 5th of the month after the last month paid will have a daily fine of ¥500 per day, without exception. Avoid a fine and return the SIM card. To return, just use the LETTER PACK KIT, which is already paid for. In case of not having the letter pack, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the transportation to NewSky. If you DO NOT pay or DO NOT return the SIM Card, the contract will be canceled as ABANDONED by the customer. In cases of ABANDONMENT, there will be fines. See more in terms of use.

COMBO PRO On the UNLIMITED Chip will be subject to verification of fair use by the operator after exceeding 250GB and may be temporarily interrupted or there will be a speed reduction and will return automatically at the beginning of next month, if the invoice is paid. Restrictions on the volume of data traffic may apply. We provide adequate data capacity for general use, but a communication restriction can be applied to users who communicate in large quantities, download files continuously, long videos, etc. In these cases, measures without prior notice can be taken, such as interrupting communication or slowing down greatly. Customers who consume large amounts of data need to pay attention to this, as per the information above.
