ABOUT THE SERVICE

MÔNICA GLOBAL MOBILE WIFI- Postpaid Mobile Internet router from Turma Da Mônica (30GB / 60GB / 100GB / 200GB / 300GB). A very high quality system for better portability, communication and satisfaction.

THE PLANS

Data plans with 30GB, 60GB, 100GB, 200GB or 300GB.
Plan Monthly(without penalty when canceling) or Annual Plan (minimum contract of 12 months, with penalty if you cancel before the deadline)
Activation fee: ¥3,300
Optional: Router insurance: ¥3,300

MAKING THE PAYMENT

Smart Pit Card: (convenience stores) Payment date: until the 10th of the month following the month of use. After the 10th, it will be possible to pay a fee of ¥1,000 (tax included) for delay / reactivation. If the payment is not confirmed by the 20th of the month of payment, you will abandon the contract. Payment through Smart pit will be made by convenience stores, such as Family mart, Lawson and Mini Stop. Credit card: billing date depending on the closing date of each card. CANCELLATION

To cancel, the customer must contact NewSky by the 15th of the current month, and request the cancellation of the service. The customer must pay the amounts owed to NewSky.

THE INSURANCE

Total insurance for the “MÔNICA GLOBAL MOBILE WIFI” internet router. Necessary to request when ordering. Insurance coverage for: loss, theft or damage to the device. In the cases mentioned above, after analysis and verification, another device will be sent to the customer, however the cost of transportation will be paid by the customer. ABANDONMENT OF CONTRACT

If you do not pay monthly fees, the contract will be canceled as ABANDONED by the customer. In cases of ABANDONMENT, there will be fines according to the plan. Check information in terms of use.

THE SUPPORT

Service for technical support or payment-related issues will only be resolved within the office hours of the responsible department: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed on weekends and national holidays).

GENERAL INFORMATION

Triple Network coverage available where 3G / 4G is available. NewSky is not responsible for signal failures in some areas. The plan 300 GB will be subject to fair use verification by the operator after exceeding 250 GB and can being temporarily interrupted will reduce speed and automatically return early next month. Restrictions on the volume of data traffic may apply. We provide data capacity suitable for general use, but a communication restriction can be applied to users who communicate in large quantities, download files continuously, long videos, etc. In these cases, measures without prior notice can be taken, such as interrupting communication or slowing down greatly. Customers who consume large amounts of data need to pay attention to this, as per the information above. The speed of data transmission during use can vary significantly due to the user's environment (such as the specifications of the terminal device) and network congestion.
