ABOUT THE SERVICE

Make and receive unlimited calls (cellular and residential in Japan). Application (IP Phone) with phone number 050 (use as main or have a second line). The call rate is fixed. It is recommended for people who wants to significantly reduce their monthly bills. Easy to use, just download the app (application), insert the credentials and you're done! Keep the same number even when changing devices! It is also possible to make and receive calls to phones in Japan, even when you are abroad. Minimum use of 2 months.

PLAN

Monthly contract, without penalty when canceling (NO CANCELLATION FEE). One-time activation fee: ¥2,200 Monthly Plan: ¥1,980

MAKING THE PAYMENT

To renew the service, pay with Smart Pit card (payment at convenience stores) that will be sent with the service, or register your credit card for automatic renewal. Payment date for renewal: monthly between the 15th and the 25th (it is not possible to pay after the 25th). If the payment is not made by the deadline, the signal will be cut and the service will be canceled on the last day of the month. After the signal is cut, it will not be possible to reactivate the service and you will lose the phone number (in no way will it be possible to reactivate it).

GENERAL INFORMATION

The customer must own or purchase a SMARTPHONE device (Android or iOS system) with internet access (WiFi or 3G / 4G). When paying by credit card, if you wish to cancel the service, you must inform NewSky by the 5th. The request after this date will be canceled in the following month. After informing the credentials to the customer, there will be no refund, even if the service is not used. NewSky communicates with customers via SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, email or phone.
